Status of your return shipment

We like to keep you informed not only about your order, but also about the status of your return. Once we have received and inspected your return, we will inform you by email about the further processing.

Refund

When will we issue the refund?

Once we have received and inspected your return shipment, we will process the refund as soon as possible.

According to legal regulations, the refund will be issued within 14 days after you have notified us of your return. However, we may wait to process the refund until we have received the returned product or until you have provided proof that the parcel has been sent back.

What will be refunded?

You will receive a refund of the purchase amount if the product:

• is unused
• is unopened
• is undamaged
• is returned in its original packaging

⚠️ Important: opened or used products (such as dried leaves, powders and tinctures) cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.

Return transport

When returning a product, the customer remains responsible for the transport of the parcel until it has been received at our return address.

We therefore recommend using a Track & Trace shipping method and packaging the parcel carefully.

How will the refund be issued?

The refund will be made using the same payment method that was used for the original order, unless otherwise agreed.
