Refund of Shipping Costs (Partial Return)

Would you like to return your order or part of it? That is possible. Please always contact us first before sending a return so we can process it correctly.

Returns must be reported within 14 days after receiving your order.

Shipping Costs

The cost of returning the package is at your own expense.

Shipping costs from the original order will only be refunded when the entire order is returned.

If only part of the order is returned, we will refund only the value of the returned product. The shipping costs of the original order will not be refunded.

Refunds will be processed after the returned product has been received and inspected.

Non-returnable products

For hygiene and product safety reasons we cannot accept returns for the following items:

• Products specially prepared for you (for example custom herbal blends, powders or tinctures).
• Opened packages of herbs, powders or tinctures.
• Products that have been used, damaged or are incomplete.
• Products that are not returned in their original condition.

Only unused products in original condition and packaging will be accepted.

Packages with tape, written text, damage or other alterations may be refused.

Proof of opening (important)

To avoid misunderstandings or damage claims, we ask customers to record a short video (approximately 30 seconds) while opening the package or envelope.

This helps verify the condition of the products upon arrival.

Without this video material we may unfortunately not be able to process complaints or return requests related to shipping damage or missing items.

Returning your order

Returns can be sent via PostNL or DPD.

Please ensure the package is securely packed and include your order number with the return.
