14-day reflection period

Not completely satisfied with your purchase? You have the right to register your order for return within 14 days after receiving it. After registering your return, you have another 14 days to send the product back.

Return conditions

Because we work with delicate products (dried leaves, powders and tinctures), the right of withdrawal only applies when the product is:

• complete
• in its original packaging
• unused
• unopened
• returned to us undamaged

Only in this case can we refund the purchase amount.

Please note: opened or used products cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.

Exceptions

The following products cannot be exchanged or returned:

• Custom-made products (for example specially prepared herbal blends or tinctures)
• Opened or used packaging

How does a return work?

Please always contact us first before sending a product back.

Return shipping costs are at your own expense.

We will only refund the original shipping costs if the problem is demonstrably caused by us (for example an incorrectly delivered product).
