Not satisfied with your product or is there an issue with your order? We understand that this can be frustrating and we will do our best to help resolve the problem.
Our warranty policy
• You have a 14-day reflection period after receiving your order.
• If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we will resolve this at no additional cost.
• Returns are only accepted if the product is unopened and in its original condition.
• Once your return has been received and approved, the purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days using the original payment method.
• In case of damage or an error on our side, we aim to provide a solution within 14 days (see our conditions).
Please note: due to the nature of our products (herbs, powders and tinctures), products cannot be exchanged for hygiene and product safety reasons.
Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer unless the issue was caused by an error on our side.
Evidence in case of damage
If your parcel appears damaged upon delivery, please contact us as soon as possible.
We ask customers to make a short video recording (approximately 30 seconds) before opening the parcel, clearly showing the condition of the package and how it is opened.
This helps us verify possible transport damage or delivery errors.
If the parcel has already been opened without prior video evidence, we may not be able to verify the damage and the request may fall under our warranty conditions.
