Return your product
Not satisfied with your product or did it arrive damaged? We understand that this is frustrating and we will gladly help you resolve the issue properly.
A return request must always be submitted by contacting us first. This allows us to provide you with the correct return instructions and the appropriate return address.
After your request, you will receive further instructions within 24 hours on how to return your product. Once your parcel has been sent, we will keep you informed about the status of your return shipment via email.
Please note: opened or used products (such as dried leaves, powders and tinctures) cannot be returned for hygiene and product safety reasons.
