Here you will find answers to all your questions about payments you still need to make or have already completed.

All payments are processed securely through our payment provider Mollie.

Online payments

Online orders must always be paid in advance using one of the following methods:

iDEAL
Credit card (Visa or Mastercard)
Bank transfer

It is not possible to pay in instalments or upon delivery.

iDEAL

If you have access to online banking, you can use the easy and reliable iDEAL payment method. With iDEAL you can safely and easily pay for your order in your trusted online banking environment (secured by your own bank). We do not charge any additional transaction fees for iDEAL transactions.

iDEAL is available at banks such as ING, ABN AMRO, Rabobank, Triodos, Van Lanschot, RegioBank, ASN Bank, KNAB and SNS Bank.

Advantages of iDEAL

If you place your order before 15:00, your order will be processed immediately and therefore shipped faster.

With iDEAL your order is paid instantly.

Credit card

Credit card payments are always processed through a secure environment. Payment details, such as bank account numbers or credit card information, are not shared or stored.

You can pay with Visa, Mastercard and Maestro.

With a credit card payment the amount is usually charged immediately or within a few days, depending on the card issuer.

Advantages of credit card

• Secure payment via an SSL connection
• Your order is processed immediately once the payment has been approved

Bank transfer

You can also transfer your payment manually. For this we use the payment provider Mollie.

If you choose a manual bank transfer, you will receive an email from Mollie with payment instructions, including a unique payment reference and bank account number.

Additional processing time

For payments via manual bank transfer, an additional delivery time applies. The order will only be activated once the amount has been credited to our account.

The additional time depends on your bank and the speed of the transfer. As soon as we receive the payment, your order will be processed and the normal delivery times will apply.

Please never transfer an amount to our IBAN number on your own initiative. Orders without a valid payment reference will automatically be refunded.
