How to use Koorsuwiwiri

Tea / infusion

2 tablespoons of dried leaves per cup of boiling water

Let steep for 5–10 minutes

Maximum of 2 cups per day

Not longer than 5–7 consecutive days

Decoction

Briefly boil the leaves

Use in small amounts

Steam bath / herbal bath

Add to hot water

Suitable for body or steam baths

Use in moderation and listen to your body
