General bitter herb
Luangu Teetei is traditionally used as bitter water or bitter tea

For women, it is prepared as a tea by boiling it in water for cycle support.
For men, it is sometimes left to steep in rum or dram, but it can also be prepared in water if alcohol is not preferred

Used during periods when attention is given to balance, cleansing, and rhythm
