Use 5 strands (approximately 10 cm)

Place them in 250 ml of water

Let steep for about 5 minutes

Some people prefer to leave the strands in the water longer (up to several days) for a stronger taste.

Used daily or as desired, but always temporarily

Because of its strong bitterness it is recommended to start gradually

Always alternate with rest periods

 

Alcohol preparation (optional ore personal choice)

Some people place Luangu Teetei in a bottle of rum (in that case a larger amount is often used)
