Pick up options

Together with our shipping partners PostNL and DPD, we ensure that your package is carefully packed and shipped as quickly as possible. In some countries, a local delivery partner may handle the final delivery or the parcel pick up location.

Would you prefer to collect your order yourself? Then you can choose to have your package delivered to a parcel pick-up point near you.

Collecting your order at a parcel point

You do not need to stay at home for the delivery. You can choose to have your order delivered to a parcel point and collect your products at a time that suits you. In many cases, parcel points are also open in the evening or during the weekend.

This is often an affordable shipping method and can also be more environmentally friendly, as multiple packages are delivered together.

The available pick-up points depend on the delivery services operating in your region.

How does it work?

Place your order online and select “Pick up at a parcel point” as the shipping option.

In the comments field, you can indicate your preferred parcel point. If no preference is provided, the shipment will automatically be sent to a nearby parcel point based on the delivery address.

After completing your order, you will receive an order confirmation by email.

Once your package has arrived at the parcel point, you will receive a notification from the delivery service with instructions for collecting your package.

Please keep an eye on your Track & Trace information. In most cases, a package will remain available at the parcel point for 5 to 7 working days. After this period, the package will automatically be returned.

Important

Your order can only be collected after you have received a confirmation by email.

Products are prepared and packaged only after an order has been placed. We do not keep physical store stock. Therefore, orders must always be placed and paid for online first.

Once your order is ready for shipment, you will receive a notification including a Track & Trace code.

Responsibility for shipping

Orders are shipped through professional carriers such as PostNL and DPD. For international shipments, a local delivery partner may handle the final delivery.

We remain responsible for the shipment until the package has been delivered to the selected delivery address or parcel point.

If a package is not collected in time and is returned to us, additional shipping costs may be charged for resending the order.
