Delivery options

Your order can be delivered in different ways. During checkout you can select the delivery option that suits you best.

Home delivery
Your order will be delivered by one of our shipping partners. Delivery usually takes place within a few working days after you receive the Track & Trace code, depending on the destination and the shipping carrier.

Mailbox parcel
Smaller orders may fit through the mailbox, depending on the destination and local postal service. In that case you do not need to be at home for delivery.

Pickup point
In some regions it may be possible to choose delivery to a local pickup point. This allows you to collect your order at a time that is convenient for you. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a Track & Trace code. With this code you can follow your shipment and check the delivery status through the shipping carrier. Delivery times depend on the destination country, shipping carrier and customs procedures, and are therefore indicative.
