Order status

If you have an account, you can follow the status of your order via My account. From the moment you place your order until delivery, you can easily see the current status of your order.

Order statuses

New
We have successfully received your order.

Processing
Your order is being processed and prepared for shipment.

Shipped
Your order has been handed over to our shipping carrier (PostNL or DPD) and is on its way to you.

Cancelled
Your order has been cancelled. Any refund will be processed by us and you will receive a confirmation by email.

If anything unexpectedly changes regarding your order, we will notify you by email.

Questions about your order status?

Log in to your account and locate your order number (this usually starts with "#000"). Use this number when contacting us by email or phone.
