Why have I not received an order confirmation email yet?

Have you not received a confirmation after placing your order? Please check the following:

Spam folder

First check whether the email may have ended up in your spam or junk folder.

Payment

Money deducted?
If the payment has been deducted, your order has been received correctly. Due to busy periods the confirmation email may arrive a little later. Please wait about an hour and check again.

No money deducted?
Then the order was not completed and you can place it again. Do not worry, your order will not be sent twice.
