When will I receive my refund?

If you have returned an order, we will refund you as soon as possible.

From the moment we receive your withdrawal notification, the amount will be refunded within 14 days at the latest.

We may wait with the refund until we have received the returned products or until you can prove that the return shipment has been sent.

Please note: we do not accept opened products (see exceptions). Return shipments are always at the risk of the sender.
