Tracking Information

We believe it is important that you can follow your order during shipment.

All letterbox and parcel shipments are sent with secure shipping services that include tracking information. Depending on the destination country, orders may be shipped with PostNL, DPD or another international carrier.

Tracking your order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. With this number you can easily track your parcel online through the carrier’s tracking system.

Please note that it may take several hours before tracking information becomes visible. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country, customs procedures and the local postal service.

If the tracking code does not work

If your tracking number does not work or the shipment status does not update within 24 hours, please log in to your account and locate your order number (starting with #000).

Contact us using this order number via email, and we will gladly assist you.
