How to use Finibita

Tea / infusion
2 tablespoons of dried leaves per cup of boiling water

Let steep for 7 to 10 minutes

Use

2× per day

Use for a maximum of 5–7 consecutive days

Afterwards, take a break

If desired, use can be resumed after a rest period
