I am not satisfied with the delivery service
We are sorry to hear that you are not satisfied with the delivery of your order. We work with professional carriers such as DPD and PostNL to deliver your package as quickly and carefully as possible.
Common complaints include:

The package was not delivered or was delivered to the wrong address.

The delivery driver incorrectly indicated that you were not at home.

What can you do first?
Please first check your Track & Trace information to see the latest delivery status.
If the shipment is handled by DPD or PostNL within Europe, you can also contact the carrier directly through their customer service.
For shipments outside the European Union, the local postal or courier service in your country may handle the final delivery. In that case, you may also contact the local delivery service for additional information.

Please also contact our customer service. We take your complaint seriously and can contact the carrier to investigate the situation.
Tip: If available, choosing delivery to a pickup point or parcel shop can sometimes be a more reliable delivery option.
