How quickly will I be refunded after returning or cancelling?

If you cancel your order or return a product, we will process your refund as quickly as possible.

Cancellation before shipment

If you cancel your order before it has been shipped, you will receive a full refund of the amount paid. The refund will be processed as soon as possible and no later than 14 days after the cancellation request.

Returns after delivery

If you have already received your order and decide to return it within the return period, the refund will be processed once the returned product has been received and inspected.

The refund will be completed within 14 days after we have received the returned item.

Condition of returned products

Products must be returned unused, unopened, and in their original condition. Opened packages of dried herbs, powders, tinctures or other food products cannot be returned for hygiene and food safety reasons.

Refund method

Refunds will be made using the same payment method that was used for the original purchase.

Shipping costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Original shipping costs will only be refunded if the issue was caused by an error on our side, such as receiving the wrong or a damaged product.
