Changing or cancelling an order
Sometimes you may change your mind after placing an order. No problem! We are happy to see what is still possible.
Order not yet processed
Please contact us as soon as possible via email or our contact form. We will check whether your order can still be modified or cancelled.
Order already being processed
Once an order is being processed or packed, changes are often no longer possible. You are still welcome to contact us and we will check if anything can still be adjusted.
Shipping confirmation received
If you have already received a shipping confirmation, your package has most likely been handed over to the carrier and the order can no longer be modified.
In that case, you may choose to refuse the package upon delivery or return it according to our return procedure once it has been delivered. Please inform our customer service in advance so we can prevent misunderstandings or duplicate shipments.
Package received but no longer wanted
If you have received the package but no longer wish to keep the product, you may return the order according to our return policy.
Once we have received and inspected the returned package, the return will be processed in accordance with our return conditions.
Good to know
Cancelling or refusing an order is free of charge as long as the order has not yet been shipped.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product was delivered incorrectly or arrived damaged.
For international shipments, local delivery partners may be involved in the final delivery. Import duties, taxes, or customs fees (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer and are determined by the destination country.
