Forgot your password?

No worries, it happens to the best of us. As long as you still remember your email address, you can easily set a new password.

How does it work?

Go to “My account” (top right of the page).

Below the login fields you will find the link “Forgot your password?”.

Enter your email address and click “Reset”.

You will then receive an email with instructions to set a new password. If you do not receive the email, please check your spam or junk mail folder.

Forgot your email address or don’t have an account yet?

If you do not have an account yet, you can easily create one during checkout or through the account page.

After setting a new password, you can log in again and access your account.

Security tips

Of course you do not want others to gain access to your account. Make sure to keep your password strong and secure:

• Use at least 8 characters
• Combine uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers and special characters
• Use a different password for each website or account
• Avoid easy passwords such as names or birth dates
• Change your passwords regularly
