Return Shipping Costs

Returning a product is never pleasant. That is why we clearly explain in advance what you can expect, so you know exactly where you stand.

This policy applies to orders shipped within the European Union (EU).

The most common shipping destinations are:

• Netherlands
• Belgium
• Germany

As a small-scale business, Green Goodies & Herbs may also ship to other countries within the European Union, depending on shipping availability and local regulations.

Orders from countries where shipping is not possible or where local regulations restrict the import of herbal products may be cancelled.

Customers are responsible for checking whether herbal products are allowed to be imported into their country before placing an order.

Costs in Case of Withdrawal

If you, as a consumer, make use of your right of withdrawal, the costs of returning the product are at your own expense.

For orders within:

• Netherlands
• Belgium
• Germany

the return shipping costs are approximately €6.95.

For other European Union countries, return shipping costs may vary depending on the carrier and the country of shipment. Customers must arrange the return shipment through a carrier of their own choice.

Return Transport and Responsibility

When returning an order, the customer is fully responsible for the transport of the parcel to our return address.

Green Goodies & Herbs is not responsible for damage, delays, customs issues or loss of the parcel during return transport.

We strongly recommend using a shipping method with Track & Trace and packaging the parcel carefully.

If a return shipment is lost, refused by customs, or arrives damaged during transport, the costs and consequences cannot be recovered from Green Goodies & Herbs.

Refunds can only be processed once the returned product has been successfully received and inspected.

Incorrect or Damaged Product

Have you received an incorrect product or was the parcel visibly damaged upon delivery? Please contact us as soon as possible.

We ask customers to make a short video (approximately 30 seconds) before opening the parcel, clearly showing the condition of the package and how the parcel is opened.

This footage helps us assess transport damage or a delivery error correctly.

If the parcel has already been opened without prior video evidence, we may not be able to verify the damage and the request may fall under our warranty conditions.

When We Reimburse Return Costs

Return shipping costs will only be reimbursed if there is an error on our side, such as:

• an incorrectly delivered product
• a product that was already damaged or spoiled upon arrival

This must always be confirmed by us in advance via email.

Delivery Issues and Customs

Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address when placing an order.

Green Goodies & Herbs cannot be held responsible for delivery problems caused by incorrect address information.

Customers are also responsible for any customs duties, import taxes or local regulations that may apply in their country.

If a shipment is refused, not collected, or returned by the carrier, any additional shipping or handling costs may be deducted from the refund.

Hygiene and Product Safety

Due to the nature of our products (herbs, powders and tinctures), opened or used products cannot be returned for hygiene and product safety reasons.

Refund

After receiving your withdrawal notification, you will receive a confirmation from us.

We will refund all amounts within 14 days, but we may wait until:

• we have received the returned parcel, or
• you have provided proof that the parcel has been sent.

We always use the same payment method for the refund as the one used for the original payment.
