Finibita Mix is a blended tea mix, made with 3 different leaves. The mix is not a fixed traditional tea blend, but a conscious combination of traditional herbs.
Green Goodies & Herbs works together with a Surinamese herbal specialist who traditionally composes this mix.

Within oso dresi, bitter herbs are often used in short periods, with attention to timing and the body.

Traditional use

Cleansing & balance
Within herbal traditions, bitter herbs are used during moments of cleansing. The individual herbs in this mix are traditionally used to support the body in releasing built up waste and restoring balance.

How to use

Tea / infusion
2 tablespoons of dried herbs per cup of boiling water
Let steep for 7–8 minutes

Drink slowly

Use

Maximum of 2 cup per day

Do not use continuously for long periods

Alternate with rest days

Use in moderation and listen to your body
