There are different ways people support themselves during such periods. At Green Goodies & Herbs, we offer sundried leaves and carefully composed blends that are traditionally used for specific intentions and routines.

We also offer Irish Sea Moss, which many people like to add to a smoothie or meal as part of their daily routine. As with everything, balance is key moderation is important. Two tablespoons per day is often considered sufficient; you can decide what works best for you.
